When you consider the endless amount of energy that toddlers have, it’s truly a shame that they don’t get to enjoy all of the New Year’s Eve festivities. HOGWASH I say! Why not bring the party to them? With a just a minor adjustment to your clock, you and your baby can ring in the New Year….TODDLER STYLE!!!
Mohawk Tay’s “down time”, or late afternoon nap, is usually around 4:30. So, at 3:30, we moved our clocks forward to 10:59 pm so we could get the party rocking!!!!
We invited over a few friends…
Then a few more friends stopped by… No problem, we can handle it 
Let the party begin…
Hors d’oeuvres consisted of baked chicken bites, baked sweet potato fries sprinkled with McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice, (Because we’re fancy like that! 
) OR, you can just use cinnamon, nutmeg and tiny pinch of ginger, steamed broccoli and chocolate chip cookies (under strict supervision of mom and dad). Burger provided by Mohawk Tay’s Dora fiesta kitchen (what’s a toddler party without a little imagination, right?)
We opted for sparkling grape juice and apple cider (my personal favorite). As you can see, these contain NO ALCOHOL. You can also squeeze a little lemon into sparkling water if you prefer not to give your child juice to toast with.
